Date of creation: December 16, 2015.
Data Acquisition. Diagramoflife.com is firmly committed to user privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and distribution practices for this Web site: Our online newsletter asks users to provide us with contact information – specifically, their name and e-mail address. This information is only used to contact the user about promotions and messages from Paul James Till and is never disclosed to third parties.
Our site uses a comments form for users to provide various forms of feedback. Personal contact details are not enforced and optional, in order for the user to provide such feedback.
Aggregated Data. As is the case with most web sites, we collect, aggregate and analyse anonymous statistics from users of the Web Site through industry standard web analytic software. This information includes the accessing device, software browsing type and operating system, referring/exit pages, internet protocol (‘IP’) addresses and internet service provider, date and time. This information does not identify individual users. Such purposes include the analysing of trends to establish suitable levels of hardware and software configuration, and establish the numbers of employees and third-party services that are required to provide the Web Site services to users, and to see how users move around the Web Site, and to collect demographic information about our user basis. This data is not used in any way that can identify an individual person.
Click-stream data. Click-through software code is designed to collect information about your click-interaction with the Web Site (i.e. links you click on). This information is then only used to communicate that interactivity with the corresponding web site (eg, this is mostly online retailers).
Third party applications and services. We use third party applications (such as the Wordpress system and associated widgets) on the Web Site. We do not control the third party developers, and cannot dictate their actions. All attempts are made to ascertain the professionalism of the developers software to industry standards and international law. When a user engages with a third party application, that user is interacting with the third party developer, not with us.
Information Opt-Out. You may update your newsletter preferences to request the removal of your information from our database to no longer receive future communications. In each nesletter email there will be a link located near the bottom of the email.
Data Security. We follow generally established industry standards to protect the user data presented to us. However, no method nor protocol of data transmission over the Internet, or of electronic storage and processing, is absolutely secure. Therefore, while we endeavour to use generally established methods to protect your personal information, we cannot offer assurance of its absolute security.
System Storage and Processing. The Web Site is operated in the United Kingdom and intended for users internationally. Note that the data protection laws in the United Kingdom may differ from those of your country of residence.
Changes to this Policy. We may modify this Policy at any time, without offering written notification to users by any means, so please review it frequently. If you continue to use the Web Site after we produce a revised Policy, you entirely accept the terms of the new Policy.
